3 Days Birding Tour
Day 1: AGADIR – CAP RHIR-TAMRI ESTUARY – AGADIR
Today, we will meet you at your hotel in Agadir, or we can arrange to pick you up from the local Agadir airport if you arrived the day before the tour starts (Accommodation the day before the birding tour starts is available upon request – please contact us). Our bird-watching tour in Morocco will begin with a drive heading north. We will explore the beach, where we will have the opportunity to spot Lesser Black-backed Gulls of two races, Audouin’s Gulls, Yellow-legged Gulls, and other species at Cap Rhir. We will then drive towards Tamri on the coast to observe the Northern Bald. Ibis. Finally, we will transfer you back to Agadir, where we will spend the night in a local hotel with dinner
DAY 2: AGADIR TO OUED MASSA – OUED SOUSS – AGADIR
we will continue to explore the area of the famous Oued Massa on the Atlantic Coast. We will enjoy observing various bird species, including the secretive Black-crowned Tchagra, Moroccan Cormorant. Moussier’s Redstart. Marbled Duck. Laughing Dove, Sardinian Warbler, and Brown- throated Martin. As part of our birding tour in Morocco, we will also visit Oued Souss, which is an excellent area for observing Flamingos, roosting gulls, terns, and shorebirds. In the evening, we will have dinner and stay overnight at a local hotel in Agadir.
DAY 3: AGADIR PARADISE VALLEY & IMMOUZZER – AGADIR
On the last day, we will set off north-east towards the famous Paradise Valley and Immouzzer. Our target bird species for the day include Bonelli’s Eagle. Crag Martin, Blue Rock Thrush. Tristram’s Warbler, Barbary Partridge. Black Wheatear, Black Redstart, and Little Swift. Once we have explored the area, we will transfer you back to your hotel in Agadir for dinner and accommodation. If you require airport transfer for the following day, please let us know, and we will arrange a comfortable and punctual service for you
